Friday, April 22
Harry Potter Theme Night
At the Lorelei Lounge within the Bavarian Inn Lodge
8 p.m.
Friday night will be a Harry Potter theme night! So everyone is invited to get dressed up as their favorite character and meet up at the Lounge for live music and dancing! There will be a cash bar and food available for purchase at the Lorelei Lounge. Please do not bring your own alcohol into the lounge.

Feast and Main Event Night

Bavarian Inn Restaurant
2 p.m.
GrayBeard invites you to dress in your renaissance garb and join in on a great feast at the Bavarian Inn Restaurant. Happy hour begins at 1 pm. This dinner is open seating for all guests. If you need a table reserved for a minimum of eight or more that can be arraigned. Afterward, we will bar hop, shop, nap, whatever you want to do!
Main Event
Lorelei Lounge (or the upstairs Composer Room*) at the Bavarian Inn Lodge
8 p.m.
Be ready for the dance by 8 p.m. or walk the plank! Also, there will be a cash bar and food available for purchase.
*based on the number of anticipated guests…. the Bavarian Inn Lodge reserves the right to change the location to a room more suitable for our event.
